ive been doing okay,

my eating hasn’t been GREAT but i’ve cut down on my bingeing LOADS which is a huge improvement considering i used to come home and have waaaaay more food than i needed. instead of eating when i’m bored i’m going to immediately start to workout.

sunday i went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 40 on the elliptical, and after that i did a 30 minute sweat and shape routine from my nike training app, and when i woke up yesterday i was sore eevvvveerryyywheere. i was sore in parts of my ass i didnt even knew were there, and my inner thighs are still sore and so is everything else. so yesterday and today i decided i would “rest” considering i have work soon and after that i have loads of homework to come home too, so i’m back on my grind tomorrow!

this morning i had some special k with almond milk and a banana around 7:30, and around 11 for lunch i was starving because i forgot to pack a snack and my own lunch i had to eat something so i resorted to pizza and fries at lunch :( i was sad but i couldnt wait until 2 to eat. for dinner i’ll most likely have chicken and some salad, but tomorrow im looking forward a much better day, i hope..
